Purpose : Test of TX plate flipping

Comments : Running with the daystar and a 30db attenuator.

Results were dissapointing as the maximum attenuation of the Rayleigh profile was
arround 10 or so. Tweeking the TX offset to test orthagonality of the plates
yeilded only the result that the original offsets are the most orthagonal ones.

As the this test was done with low clouds and with heavy wind it can not be ruled
out that the poor result is due to dust in the air. This test has to be repeated in
better weather and with much less cloud cover. Preferably thin cirrus or even no
clouds at all.
