Comments : 2mm Iris on Rayleigh channel at startup, removed later on in the run.
A varible (two different delays) timing fault was observed. Timing shifted in
middle of of a run to 15microsecs (dye output pulse to SR430 busy). Shifted back
again later on to 203ns.

The first shift happend about 10-20 min before the obervation was made at 02:31
on dye sum ratio (Johns display). At that time the timing error before was not
known. When the timing shifted back later on at 04:04 the error was measured as
203ns.

This timing shift is clearly visible on the profile at low altitudes. A timing error of
203ns produces a profile starting at fewer counts for the first bin with a low
altitude
peek reachinng higher than when 15micros. delay is present.
