Comments : resonance system timing was measured at startup and checked troughout the run.
The timing difference between dye laser output from photodiode to SR430 low to
high is 184ns. (SR430 first bin 184ns after laser pulse). Measured with equal
length and type of cable using our 400MHz scope.
