I've "found" the lidar beam and tweeked to maximum counts
using the x,y on the last folding mirror. The newly installed
iris at the primary focal point was at minimum (1mm).
twweked the x,y using the signal at 30km maximizing and
adjusted the focus looking at the same signal. Iterated this
several time until I felt I could not get any better results.
There is still something not right as the counts do not
