Comments : This experiment came to being rather unexpectedly. The system was running as
work was being done on the receiver. At around 3:58UT operator noticed a
potential NLC detection and the purpose of the run was changed from tweeking to
data collection, and the work on the receiver was suspended. When the potential
NLC started to appear is not known, so all the files from this run are incuded. It is
for the reasons stated above that no log entries exist before 03:58UT.

A problem with the ARCLITE program (timing) unit caused the tweeking and
succeding data collection to be done without the chopper running.

In the log the first file is l9907132. But the files preceding that are should be
looked at as well. These files (l9907130 and l9907131) contain mostly garbage
from the tweeking but may contain some useful data, especially the latter half of
l9907131.

The time is incorrect. Add 11 seconds to get the GPS UT time.
