Comments : Note on Startup.

Yesterday I did a step function test on the temperature control of the laser room.
As a result the room temperature was arround 14 deg C at startup. The continuum
laser is performing badly as a result and the convergence on both channels was out
of wack. I decided to wait for the temperature to stablilize at the 23 deg C
setpoint
before I started tweeking things.
