Discovered a bug in the new program. When Restarting an experiment, the
program starts writing data to the first file in the experiment directory, regardless.

This means that there is a reckord at the end of the first file that stems from a
later time. A double increment fixed the problem. This will not be apparant in
the data transported over the transport network as the reckord are concateneted
in sequence of arrival. Will fix the bug!
