Comments : Laser transmitter has been reconfigured. A dicroic mirror of the same type and
coating batch as the last Convergence mirror has been installed and Tx waveplate
installed before that one. The phase errors introduced in each mirror
cancel eachother out and the outgoing TX polarization remains clean linear during
gradual rotation from s trough p by way of TX halfwaveplate rotation.
